After working as an assistant professor in the Graduate School of International Relations, International University of Japan, and associate professor in the Graduate School of Law, Tohoku University, now he is a professor at Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University.
His work has appeared in the American Journal of Political Science,
Journal of Politics, Political Behavior, Public Opinion Quarterly,
Political Science Research and Methods, and other journals.
