Program Manager of the Center for Positive/Empirical Analysis of Political Economy. Received a PhD from Waseda University in 2009. Was an assistant professor in Waseda Institute of Advanced Study (2010-2012), associate professor at the Department of Management, Kochi University of Technology, associate professor and then professor at the Department of Economics and Management, Kochi University of Technology (2013-14; 2015; 2016-19), before assuming his present position. His research interests include game theory, experimental economics and future design. His research has appeared in Experimental Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, Sustainability Science, Scientific Reports and others.
